Yes, that’s right, move — get your blood flowing, It’ll stir your creativity and break you out of that daydream. It’s the perfect stimulant to our desk-bound lives. Take a walk for that call, dance it out, water those plants, or just stand and touch your toes!

II ) TRUST AND DELEGATE

First, do the work that you can and delegate rest whenever possible to your skillful mates! Choose the right task, identify the right people, and most importantly, have trust in their capabilities. This will empower them and make the room for you to do what you do the best.

Get an idea of your biological prime time, the time of the day when you are generally most alert and productive. Most people are productive in the morning, some are night owls, and some enjoy afternoons. Exploit this, and schedule in your priority work at these times!

Listening is key to all effective communication. Listen actively by ensuring that you are focused on the communicator and able to interpret the communication. Not only it’ll help to increase your productivity, but it would also help you get better in relationships.
